Fourteen people, two floors, one office
GtroT started in 2021 as three engineers who kept being asked the same question by Georgian companies: why does none of this software understand our language? The first year was contract work. The second year we started keeping the tools we built.
We stayed small deliberately. No outside investment, which means no pressure to grow past the point where everyone still knows what everyone else is working on. Revenue comes from Solutions; it pays for Research, which is published free.
